Bought a synthetic hairpiece? How do I care for it?

To get the most out of your synthetic hairpiece and ensure that you enjoy your synthetic hairpiece for as long as possible.

Textual - step by step

Shampoo

  • Fill a bowl with lukewarm water
  • Add special shampoo no. 1 to the water
  • Wash your hairpiece in the bowl with shampoo by gently swirling it through the water
  • Rinse the hairpiece thoroughly

Balm

  • Empty the bowl and refill it with lukewarm water
  • Add special balm no. 2 to the water
  • Gently swirl the hairpiece through the bowl with lukewarm water and balm again
  • Roll the hairpiece in a towel
  • Carefully wring out the towel with your hairpiece inside
  • Shake the hairpiece thoroughly

Conditioner

  • Note, this conditioner is in spray form
  • Mist the hairpiece with special conditioner no. 3
  • Cover the entire hairpiece, but do not use too much
  • Shake the hairpiece loose again
  • Let it rest on a wig stand

 

After washing

Do not wear your hairpiece until it is dry. Normally, this takes no longer than half an hour, but may vary for longer lengths or certain types of synthetic fiber.

Unfortunately, we often see that hairpieces are not cared for often enough or incorrectly. This can have a very significant impact on the lifespan of your hairpiece. For MoveHs Hairsolutions hairpieces, the above procedure should be performed at least once a week.
